You can set the snap point at any position of the audio event. Operations affected by Snap include moving, copying, drawing, sizing, splitting, range selection, etc. It does this by restricting horizontal movement and positioning to certain positions. The Snap function helps you to find exact positions when editing in the Project window. To zoom in the Project window, use the standard zoom techniques.
